We have made an adjustment that we believe has restored normal functionality to the Designer in EU Pendo subscriptions. We are continuing to monitor, but believe Guide and Designer functionality are now working properly.
We will update this page once we have confirmed full resolution.

At this point we believe this issue applies specifically to subscriptions within our EU instance of Pendo. US instances should be able to load the Designer and create guides normally.
We continue to research the issue and will provide further information as soon as it's available.

We have been made aware of some customers experiencing errors loading the Designer when creating Guides in the Pendo UI.
Our team is aware and currently working to resolve. We will provide updates here as soon as they become available.
