At this time, we are seeing the Pendo web application load appropriately. We are continuing to monitor performance and will provide updates as appropriate. We will mark the issue as resolved once we believe it is ok to do so.

At this time, we believe that this incident is isolated to our web application failing to load properly. We do not have reason to believe that our Guide, Analytics or other areas of Pendo are impacted. These functions should still be behaving normally.
We will continue to provide more information as it becomes available.

We are aware of issues loading app.pendo.io and app.eu.pendo.io. Our team is aware and working on resolution.
