Between 4:00 and 6:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time, guide targeting and eligibility was degraded for both US-1 and EU customers. End users may have seen guides multiple times, or did not see guides that they normally should have seen. This issue was fully resolved by 6:10 PM U.S. Eastern Time. Analytics should not be impacted.
