Guide List Blank for EU Customers

The Pendo application in EU experienced a transient issue where the Guides list view (https://app.eu.pendo.io/guides) appeared blank from for 10 minutes starting around 4:39am EST.
This also affected in-app analytics for some subscriptions, causing guide-related analytics to error out. These issues have since been resolved and the errors should no longer be present.
Guide data, data collection, and the display of guides to end-users were not affected.
