We are marking this issue resolved after confirming functionality has fully returned to the Users page of the Pendo application.

We have applied a fix that we believe has resolved the issue with loading content on the Users page of the core Pendo product.
We are continuing to monitor performance and will mark this issue resolved once we are confident it is alright to do so.

We are continuing to investigate ways to resolve the issue with the Users page in the core Pendo product. We are also aware that this is impacting the ability to invite new users to the instance for those with Feedback subscriptions. We will continue to provide updates as soon as they become available.

We have been made aware that due to the Feedback incident, customers who also have a Feedback subscription may be experiencing issues loading content on the Users page of the Pendo application. Engineering is aware of the issue and working to resolve. We will provide updates as soon as they are available.
